One of my largest and most complicated pieces sat 90% complete for months, while waiting for some undefined missing element.  Taking apart a sewing machine provided a small light and switch which proved to be the missing link to bringing this machine to life.

 

Assembled from: alarm boxes, conveyor belt parts, picture frame, clock mechanism, projector lens, sewing machine light, film reels, brass chain, clock gears, oven thermometer, miscellaneous hardware.
